Make the record you can hear in your head.

ZimmerZounds is a recording, mixing and production studio in Denmark. One good room, a warm signal path, and an engineer who cares about the song.

Three ways to work together

Most projects start with a rough demo and a conversation. From there we track, mix or build the song with you, whichever it needs.

Recording

Bring the band, the demo or the idea. We track live in one room or layer by layer, through a signal path you will hear the warmth of on the first playback.

  • Full band sessions
  • Vocals and voice-over
  • Drums, guitars and keys on site
  • Half-day and full-day bookings

Mixing and mastering

Send stems from anywhere or sit in on the session. Mixes are balanced on real monitors in a treated room and mastered for streaming and vinyl.

  • Remote or attended
  • Two revision rounds included
  • Stereo, instrumental and clean versions
  • Streaming and vinyl masters

Production and songwriting

Half a song, a voice memo, or a beat you cannot finish. We build the arrangement, play the parts and write with you until it is a record.

  • Arrangement and co-writing
  • Beats and instrumentals
  • Session musicians on request
  • Release-ready delivery

The room

A single, well-treated space where the band can play together and still get clean separation. Enough gear to get the sound, not so much that it gets in the way.
